Management Learnerships Programmes

Wireforce is committed to provide quality MERSETA approved learnership programmes to our employees. We are proud of our newly acquired onsite training facility. These learnership programmes form an integral part of our strategic succession plan policy. Our training and skills development mission is for employees to develop and enhance their own personal skills levels, which will maximise their performances to the best of their ability in the workplace.

Wireforce is currently providing three learnerships programmes:

  • Generic Management – 5 employees;
  • Technology Management – 8 employees and,
  • Quality assurance management -10 employees.

We also have 3 employees on apprentice’s contracts and 8 internal maintenance employees, who will complete their Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning, during the coming months. Specific short courses have also been identified and will start in due course, for specific departments operational needs.
